  1. I purchased the S7 edge last year. After having the device for a week I noticed that the battery would extremely heat up when playing a video game or after watching videos for longer than 15 minutes. I thought I had a faulty device (it happens) so exchanged it for another one. It worked perfectly for about 3 months and then began to notice that this one too started running very hot. Finally got rid of that one and got another one and had it for about 5 or 6 months and didn't get hot but ended up with screen burn and very horrible lag and started running slower and slower with more noticable hiccups and stutters a lot more often. Got rid of it and purchased the pixel xl. Its not the prettiest device and definitely has never been accused of being a "sexy device" but I have not had any issues with it yet. The camera is VERY good, the speed is okay, its a few seconds slower than the s8, but I dont really notice it as it is faster than most devices out there.

  2. The Galaxy S7 Edge has an infinitely, much, much better design; a much better display, and the superior camera. Plus water resistance, micro SD card support, and equally good performance.

The S7 Edge is the best smartphone on the market right now, and leaves the Pixel XL on the ground.

  3. Pixel Lens flares and Halos
    S7 edge none of that!
Pixel only has mono sound when recording video
S7 Edge is full stereo sound
    want something better
    get the LG V20

  4. those are both such good phones, but personally what makes it hard on making a decision on either one of these isbthatv we are in the lip of some newer, even better options! passed that, though, I especially liked the clearness and thoroughness of the camera review! great job!

  5. I'd have to agree with the reviewer, I choose the Galaxy as well if I were in the market for such a device but not that I'm interested in either simply because are both too large for my liking.
